Job Vacancy: Blockman / Filleter Location: Sevenoaks Salary: 45,000 55,000 (Depending on Experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Blockman/Filleter to join our client in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will have strong knife skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of working with fresh fish. You will be responsible for breaking down, filleting, and preparing products to specification while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
