Head of HIIT/Boxing - UAEGymNation is rapidly expanding across the UAE and seeking an experienced Head of HIIT/Boxing to lead the growth of our HIIT (Blitz) and Boxing (Box ‘N Burn) classes and events. This key leadership role offers significant growth potential within our management team.Role Overview:As Head of HIIT/Boxing, you will oversee the success of these Signature classes across GymNation’s UAE branches. You will work closely with the Head of Signature Products to recruit, train, and onboard new coaches, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training. Your in-depth knowledge of HIIT and Boxing, combined with a strong understanding of fitness operations, will be essential for driving sales, class quality, member experience, and growth.Company DescriptionGymNation is embarking on a rapid expansion across the region and we are looking for an experienced and talented Head of HIIT/Boxing to grow this product across the UAE.This is a key position within our management team with significant potential for continued growth as we continue to expand.Role ObjectivesThe Head of HIIT/Boxing is responsible for the success of our Signature HIIT (Blitz) and Boxing (Box ‘N Burn) Classes and events within GymNation UAE Branches. They will work closely with the Head of Signature Products to ensure new coaches are successfully recruited, trained and onboarded with the relevant training materials and resources.They will have an incredibly strong understanding of both HIIT and Boxing classes as well as the wider Fitness Industry including product, sales and operations. They are directly responsible for the quality and growth of GymNation’s HIIT/Boxing offering with regards to Sales, Utilisation, Member Experience, Class Standards and internal/external Events.Entry RequirementsHas been in a Fitness Management/Head Coach position for a minimum of 12 months OR has demonstrated the equivalent level of development with regards to their overall performance.Has relevant coaching experience and a track record of delivering classes to the highest standard.Excellent understanding of all aspects of the business including sales, marketing and operations.Strong admin skills and able to analyse data to make informed scheduling decisionsExcellent communication and leadership skills to drive the coaching team forwardsStrong understanding of the Middle Eastern Market, UAE specific is desirable.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeaches agreed quota of Blitz and Box 'N Burn classes per month.Recruitment, Training & Onboarding of all UAE Blitz and Box 'N Burn coaches.Monitors club utilisation and makes informed decisions with regards to scheduling and budgets.Carries out regular IQAs to ensure coaching team is meeting Class StandardsPlans monthly workshops to upskill coachesPlans Monthly events to promote Signature Memberships and build community.Attends meetings with Head of Signature Product regarding product development and any matters that fall under training and development, recruitment and events.Attends meetings with Senior Management regarding sales, new club openings and operational audits.Actively researches other fitness concepts/ competitors by attending classes outside of GymNation to ensure GymNation is at the forefront of the industryRepresents GymNation at all organised eventsProactively builds GymNation community and promotes Blitz and Box 'N Burn classes through social media channels.Why GymNation?Certified as a Great Place to Work™️ in 2025, from the results of an all GymNation staff survey.You will have autonomy over your role and given the space to bring your ideas to life.We offer an unmatched platform for Learning and Development - Courses, Seminars, and workshops.
