IMS Senior Coordinator

The Position We have a full time (Maternity cover) vacancy for an IMS Senior Coordinator, a highly motivated Senior Coordinator, to ensure the implementation of the company integrated management system (IMS) covering Quality, Health & Safety and Environment, reporting into the Group Director or Managing Director. You will have experience of planning, defining and documenting business processes, conducting audits ensuring business requirements are applied accordingly within an engineering background. You will also have extensive experience managing the relationship with external auditors and/or governing bodies as a leader responsible for maintaining the certification to international standards and other standards. Managing a small team is desirable. What is the role? As a senior member of staff the responsibilities shall include, but shall not be limited to the following: Manage and coordinate aspects of the companys IMS Participate in external audits, indicating corrective action where appropriate Assist with implementation, management and continual improvement of IMS that suits the business and is compliant with and certified to: ISO 9001 for Quality Management ISO 14001 for Environmental Management ISO 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety Management Plan the annual auditing, monitoring and review of projects to check compliance and manage business risk across AKT IIs wider business.
