Were looking for a senior quality operator to take full ownership of product quality and compliance across jewellery, watches and accessories building structure where it doesnt yet fully exist and raising standards as the business grows. What youll do Build and embed a scalable quality & compliance framework Own testing, standards and regulatory compliance (UK, EU, international) Lead supplier quality : onboarding, audits, performance and accountability Translate technical standards into practical, commercial processes Use data to reduce defects, returns and quality risk Partner with Product, Buying and Merch teams to embed quality from day one What were looking for Strong experience in jewellery or closely related categories Proven background in QA / QC / compliance at scale Deep knowledge of materials, testing and regulatory standards Confident managing global suppliers Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable in fast-moving environments Why join?
