As a Technical Product Owner , you will be working for the largest postal services provider in the UK. The role is end to end accountability for delivery across technological products and where needed, across business units. This role also requires managing business product owners and other stakeholders, to ensure overall delivery of new technical products and features. To identify, plan and coordinate the set of changes to a product domain to maximize value delivered to the customer, including management of commercial activity and changing priorities and features. Full financial responsibility for spend, including establishing budgets, monitoring spends and re-forecasting on a regular basis to highlight issues. Expertise across enterprise product delivery and engineering practices in a commercial environment. Net Core, SQL, Azure PaaS and SaaS services for Mobile App development. Experience with JIRA, confluence and automated testing and release management tools. Project and Program management methodology. Experience of going through the transformation from Waterfall to Agile delivery methodologies.
