Market Mapping : Conduct deep research to identify key organisations, structures, and talent pools within the Financial Services space. Candidate Sourcing : Use databases, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify and engage top-level talent. Client Reporting: Deliver detailed market maps, curated candidate shortlists, and regular progress updates throughout each search assignment.
