Senior Reward & Global Mobility Analyst (12-Month FTC) Location: London | Contract: Fixed-Term (12 months) Are you passionate about reward and analytics, with an interest in global mobility? My client is looking for a Senior Reward & Global Mobility Analyst to join on a 12-month project role, delivering operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives across compensation and mobility. What you'll do Build advanced models for compensation, bonus, and mobility cost analysis. Create dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Excel) to inform leadership decisions. Support annual pay review, job architecture rollout, and process optimisation projects. Conduct benchmarking, bonus modelling, and market competitiveness analysis. Partner with vendors to deliver seamless global mobility experiences and cost control. What you'll bring Strong technical knowledge of reward and global mobility. Experience in at least two end-to-end pay planning cycles. Advanced Excel (including VBA) and Power BI skills. Proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
