Interim Director of Operations - Adult Social Care (South East) 3-Month Assignment | Competitive Day Rate | Immediate Start We are working with a care provider in the South East who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across their Adult Social Care services during a period of transition. The Role The successful candidate will take the lead on ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred services across all adult social care functions. You'll provide stability, direction, and pace while supporting the Managers in various settings. Key responsibilities include: Providing leadership support across a variety of adult social care services Driving performance improvement and embedding best practice across teams Supporting workforce stability and fostering a positive, collaborative culture Working closely with external providers Offering clear, confident decision-making during a period of change About You We're looking for a seasoned Operations Director who can quickly build credibility and bring calm, focused leadership.
