Job Description Permanent | Up to 75,000We are pleased to present an exciting permanent opportunity with a leading global financial services organisation, within their high-performing Lending Operations team. The role offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with occasional requirements to be on-site up to 4 days per week.About the RoleThis position sits within a product-focused operations team supporting Principal Finance clients and managing the full end-to-end loan lifecycle. Rather than being separated by narrow functional lines, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the full process, including:Draft documentation review supportFinancial closeKYC coordinationDeal onboardingOngoing servicing via LoanIQ LoanIQ experience is advantageous but not essential; experience with another corporate loans system will also be considered.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will support the operational setup, settlement and ongoing servicing of a diverse portfolio of debt and equity transactions across both corporate and real estate sectors. Working closely with internal stakeholders across front office, risk, finance and legal, responsibilities will include:Primary and secondary loan settlement and bookingDay-to-day loan administration of bilateral and syndicated positionsNavigating loan documentation to support deal booking, funding and cashflow managementSubmitting KYC requests and supporting conflicts checksProcessing loan utilisations, rollovers, interest payments (cash and PIK), repayments and prepaymentsManaging borrower covenants and information undertakingsSettling secondary loan trades (manually and via ClearPar)What Youll BringStrong academic backgroundA minimum of 3 years experience in loan administrationExperience with LoanIQ or another corporate loan management platformExcellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong numerical and Excel skills, alongside effective problem-solving abilitySolid understanding of loan management processesDiversity & InclusionThe organisation is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and welcomes applications from all backgrounds, identities and experiences.
