Head of Business Systems (Loans/Leasing background)

Role: Head of Business Systems Status: Permanent Salary: 100k to 120k per annum Location: Bank, London (3 days Hybrid) iO Associates are on the lookout for a Head of Business Systems for a Investment client of ours to join on a Permanent basis. To be considered for this role, you must have extensive Salesforce experience and come from a Loans and/or Leasing background. The team designs, implements, maintains and continuously improves platforms that enable the business to operate efficiently, securely and at pace, ensuring systems are reliable, well-integrated and commercially aligned. Requirements: Leadership and Strategy for the client Salesforce Platform Ownership Delivery and Governance background AI and Optimisation experience Excellent Stakeholder Management This role will be conducted on a Hybrid basis out of Central London 3 Days per week and will offer 100k to 120k per annum based on experience.
