Private Client Manager Our client, a leading travel company who specialise in UHNW customers is seeking a highly motivated Private Client Manager to represent their brand, in store, delivering exceptional, personalised service and crafting bespoke luxury travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide world-class client service, demonstrating expert knowledge of global travel destinations and products. Design and sell tailor-made itineraries, luxury tours, and group journeys. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and in-person meetings. Achieve sales targets while upholding standards of excellence in presentation, service, and professionalism. Manage all booking, pricing, and administrative processes using Travel Studio and CRM systems. Attend and support client events and contribute to brand and partnership development. Ideal Candidate: Strong luxury travel sales experience with UHNW clients Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills Detail-oriented, with strong CRM and booking system knowledge Passionate about travel, service and building client loyalty Ability to attend events and travel as necessary to provide support to key clients internationally Offering a great base salary with the opportunity to earn excellent commission within a highly respected brand who offer fantastic benefits too!
