Job Description Location: UK (Remote)Contract: Permanent, Full-timeWorking Pattern: 35-hour weekWe are partnering with a highly respected, independent medical communications agency to support the expansion of their senior leadership team through the addition of an experienced Client Services Director.This is a strategic role for a senior client services professional who is looking to lead high-value global accounts, shape business direction, and contribute to the long-term growth of a well-established, values-driven organisation.The successful candidate will:Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US marketsDevelop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retentionContribute to the agencys leadership team and broader business planningLead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processesBuild, mentor and develop high-performing client services teamsMaintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performanceTherapeutic Areas:The portfolio can be aligned to the successful candidates expertise and interests across:Oncology, Cardiovascular, Rare Disease, Renal and Infectious Disease.Applicants should demonstrate:Significant experience in a senior client services role within a medical communications agencyStrong experience across publications and/or medical affairsProven success managing global, high-value client accountsExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial and financial acumenWhats on OfferPermanent, full-time positionFully remote working within the UKCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package35-hour working week, supporting genuine worklife balanceClear long-term development and career progressionThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, independent agency and play a key role in shaping future growth and success.
