We keep bureaucracy low and collaboration high, so your ideas will be heard and your work will have visible impact.TEAM OBJECTIVESOur lending team is focused on building a high-performing, sustainable portfolio while maintaining a commitment to responsible lending and customer fairness.WHAT YOULL DOCore ResponsibilitiesDevelop and continuously optimise our pricing strategydeciding how much to lend and at what rate.Improve our conversion funnel by combining quantitative analytics with customer and partner feedback.Support the creation of lending products that customers and partners genuinely value.How Youll Drive Our Commercial GoalsDefine our multi-channel commercial and pricing strategy, ensuring strong growth and attractive returns.Use tools such as Python and SQL to surface insights, identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.Explore innovative commercial approaches and emerging strategies to keep us ahead of the market.Closely track competitor movements and performance trends across all acquisition channels, responding quickly to change.Collaborate with product, engineering, data and external partners to strengthen funnel performance.Monitor the outcomes of implemented strategies, continuously iterating for improvement.ABOUT YOUWhat Youll Need to SucceedDaily coding experience, ideally with strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Experience in credit risk, pricing or commercial strategy rolespreferably in consumer lending.The ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, confident decisions.A results-driven mindset that balances commercial value with fair customer outcomes.A collaborative approach, with the willingness to challenge assumptions (including your own).Experience in growth or marketing analytics is a bonus, not a requirement.
