E-Front System Analyst

eFront & Systems Analyst - London (Permanent) We are looking for a proactive and technically strong eFront & Systems Analyst to join our London team. This role is central to supporting our investment management operations and enhancing the scalability of our technology and data environment. You will act as the in-house expert for eFront , working closely with Finance, Loan Operations, the Deal Team, and external partners to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance reporting across the business. Key Responsibilities Platform Ownership Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for eFront Manage system configuration, permissions, and ongoing maintenance Work with the fund administrator to ensure accurate and timely data uploads Data & Reporting Support automation of internal and external reporting Build and maintain dashboards, reports, queries, and data extracts Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across Finance and Loan Operations Reduce manual processes and improve data visibility Support system-related aspects of regulatory and operational change projects Vendor & Integration Management Liaise with eFront and third-party vendors to resolve issues and manage upgrades Support integrations and smooth data exchange across internal and outsourced systems Strategic Projects Contribute to technology initiatives including automation, AI-enabled tools, and BI platforms Participate in system-related workstreams during major change and transformation projects Skills & Experience Strong experience with eFront (ideally within private credit or alternative investments) Solid systems and data analysis background; SQL experience is an advantage Experience supporting Finance, Fund Accounting, or Loan Operations Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and highly organised Analytical and confident working with large datasets Strong problem-solver with a proactive, self-directed approach Collaborative and comfortable working with multiple teams TPBN1_UKTJ
