Job Description Senior Business Development Institutional Crypto Upto 200,000 + bonusLondon / HybridA rapidly scaling trading firm is hiring a senior commercial operator to own relationships across the professional market-making ecosystem. Youll focus on securing large-scale liquidity, trading and data partnerships across global HFTs and market-makers.The RoleBuild and own a portfolio of high-value relationships across global market-makers.Identify, structure and close multi-stakeholder commercial deals.Work with founders, traders and engineers on strategic partnerships.Shape long-term commercial strategy as the firm expands globally.What You NeedA strong network across market-makers: global liquidity providers, crypto trading houses, HFT firms etc.Significant experience running enterprise-level BD cycles.Ability to navigate complex, multi-party discussions.Senior gravitas and long-term relationship credibility.Why This Role?Up to 200k base + meaningful bonus upside.Fully funded, stable environment with no conflicts-of-interest and no restrictions from previous VC relationships.Extreme flexibility: location-agnostic, hybrid or remote, with London preferred.Non-competes are expected, a 2027 start date is realistic.Please contact Ian Bailey at Harrington Starr for full details
