Job Description PRODUCT MANAGER 12 MONTH FTCSALARY UP TO 60,000LONDON HYBRIDAre you a creative and commercially minded Product Manager with a passion for gaming and digital innovation? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading player in the gaming and entertainment sector as they continue to expand their Instant Win Games (IWG) portfolio and enhance their digital capabilities.Youll join a collaborative team thats shaping the future of online games enjoyed by millions, working across concept, development, launch and iteration of a range of new and existing IWG titles. The environment is fast-paced, creative and highly cross-functional, with plenty of scope to make an impact on product strategy and delivery.THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Instant Win Games from ideation, concept design and prize structure creation through to final build and launch.Work with external gaming studios, managing production calls and ensuring smooth communication and project flow.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the IWG roadmap and contribute to product strategy.Oversee governance and compliance approvals across Legal, Regulatory and Participant Protection teams.Support and mentor Assistant Product Managers and Product Executives, leading stand-ups and helping them take on more complex projects.Drive innovation in gameplay and player engagement, exploring new jackpot types, prize formats and community-style features.Contribute to BAU delivery while supporting major platform and website transformation projects.YOUR SKILLS:3+ years experience in Product Management within the gaming industry (not sportsbook or betting).Proven experience working on game development including concepting, wireframing, briefing studios and overseeing game builds.Strong understanding of digital production processes, with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident working cross-functionally.Knowledge of Instant Win Games (IWG) is advantageous but not essential.A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating engaging, high-quality player experiences.HOW TO APPLY:Apply by sending your CV to Joe by the link below
