Interim Support Manager - Adults' Residential Home (Adults with Learning Disabilities) Cornwall | 6 - 9 months (Inside IR35) Panoramic Associates are exclusively seeking a dynamic Interim Support Manager to join a residential service through a period of transition. You'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home. Key Responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the service Support with care plans and ensure they are regularly reviewed Administer medication Promote safeguarding, dignity, and respect for all residents Contribute to audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership role within adult social care Strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Available to start on short notice Must be on the DBS update service Please note that this is an urgent hire and you can start within a week.
