Lettings Negotiator

Siamo Group is currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a lettings team based in Ashby De La Zouch. LE65 1AN This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing and diversifying business. The right candidate will play an integral role in developing the market presence across Ashby and the surrounding areas, while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants Key Responsibilities You will be part of a dynamic lettings team, with duties including: Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords Registering applicants and managing applicant databases Matching tenants to suitable properties and providing detailed property information Marketing properties across online platforms and other media Listing new instructions on property portals Conducting viewings and obtaining feedback Negotiating offers and tenancy terms Managing listings from instruction through to Let Agreed Working to achieve individual and team targets Providing regular market updates and insight Supporting broader team goals and duties as required About You Our client is looking for a motivated and professional individual who demonstrates: Previous experience in a similar role A proactive, driven, and target-oriented mindset Strong relationship-building and communication skills Excellent organisation and time management abilities A calm, professional, and customer-focused attitude Confidence in using technology and online platforms A high standard of personal presentation A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use A passion for property and delivering exceptional service Whats on Offer Competitive basic salary 25 days annual leave Long Service Holidays Awards Paid mileage (in line with HMRC guidance) Opportunities for progression within a growing company How to Apply If youre ready to take the next step in your lettings career and join a company with heritage, ambition, and values, wed love to hear from you.
