The role will be to source appropriate sites to buy that meets the Companys criteria.There is a planning team in place ready to deal with much of the processing, freeing up the land team to network and do deals. You will ideally be a Land Managerwith a residential developer and ready to move to a company that allows you to look at large projects, and has the budget and appetite to support buying them.
