The Role As a Global Benefits Specialist , you will: Manage day-to-day benefits administration across multiple international offices. Partner with the Comp & Benefits Director and Benefits Manager to design, implement, and benchmark competitive benefit programmes. Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring offerings remain attractive across diverse markets. Support enrolment, employee queries, and global initiatives while maintaining compliance. Report directly to the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits . ?? What We're Looking For Bilingual in English plus French, Italian, or Spanish. Proven international benefits experience (experience in France highly desirable). Strong knowledge of global HR/benefits practices, with ability to work across multiple regions.
