Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a high-performing Central Ops team Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery across departments Run improvement projects and streamline processes using Lean Six Sigma Build clear SOPs and process playbooks Manage operational queries via CRM/ticketing systems Align priorities across HO, Retail, and DCs Investigate root causes and implement lasting fixes Use advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.) to inform decisions ?
