Job DescriptionSenior Procurement Buyer - French SpeakingHybrid | London (2 days WFH)50,000 - 60,000 per annumWe're working with a global hospitality group to find an experienced Senior Procurement Buyer to join their London-based finance team. If you're a strategic sourcing professional with a passion for delivering cost-efficient, quality-focused procurement solutions - this could be your next move.Reporting into the Director of Procurement for Europe, you'll play a key role in ensuring the group's lodging sites across Europe are fully supported across goods and services - balancing cost, quality, sustainability, and continuity of supply. You'll be responsible for end-to-end procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop sourcing strategies and manage tender processesNegotiate supplier contracts and evaluate pricing structuresBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvementConduct market analysis and benchmark performanceEnsure alignment with ESG goals and sustainable sourcingCollaborate with property-level teams to understand operational needsSupport integration activities and change management across sitesRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in procurement (ideally within hospitality)Proven background in strategic sourcing and vendor managementStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsFluent in English and French (business level - essential)Experience in technical services purchasing (hard services, contractors)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion advantageous)CIPS certification is a plusIn return the client will offer:Hybrid working model (3 days in office/2 from home)The chance to work within a supportive, international procurement teamExposure to high-profile global sourcing projects and supplier negotiationsTravel opportunities across Europe as needed
