Job DescriptionOverview: This role leads commercial procurement and supplier management activities for a specific business area (Corporate, Facilities Management, or Technology), ensuring alignment with the Bank's commercial strategy and procurement policy. It involves stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, contract oversight, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead procurement and supplier management activities across assigned categoryPartner with business stakeholders to implement procurement policies and supplier standardsDevelop and maintain a multi-year procurement pipelineManage a team of category managers and grow capabilities in line with demandOversee tender processes, supplier disputes, and strategic negotiationsDeliver value through long-term category strategies and commercial optimisationDrive sustainability, risk compliance, and performance metrics within the categoryEnsure consistent use of eProcurement systems and adherence to internal workflowsRequired Experience & Skills:Proven experience in strategic procurement and complex supplier managementStrong knowledge of PCR-level public procurement and framework agreementsSkilled in contract management and commercial life cycle deliveryMCIPS qualification or equivalentExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
