We're looking for a high-impact individual to join the Office of the Group General Counsel (GC) of one our clients and help shape a legal function that is innovative, respected, and deeply valued by the business.In this pivotal role, youll provide direct support to the Group GC on a global scale, blending business management expertise with strategic project leadership to deliver initiatives that matter.Key Responsibilities:Business Management SupportDrive development of the legal functions vision, strategy, and strategic plansContribute to global legal risk management effortsHelp set the agenda for key leadership forums and eventsCraft impactful presentations and executive/board-level materialsAct as liaison across business units, ensuring collaboration and alignmentPartner with finance, risk, and corporate affairs to develop high-quality content for senior communicationsStrategic Project LeadershipLead critical, high-visibility projects aligned with legal and enterprise prioritiesConduct legal, financial, and market analyses to support decision-makingCoordinate cross-functional initiatives as the GCs primary project leadEnsure timely, successful delivery of strategic outcomesAbout You:Legally qualified with proven experience in strategy and project managementStrong track record in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desired Skilled in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suiteAnalytical, financially literate, and solutions-focusedExpert at writing executive/board-level papers and presentationsAdaptable, confident, and thrives in dynamic environmentsProactive, results-driven, and relationship-orientedThis is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of legal leadership and make a real impact on the future direction of the organisation.
