Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this dynamic position is responsible for managing merchandise transfers, maintaining warehouse systems, and conducting data analysis, forecasting, stock replenishment to support the company's efficient retail operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate data management, and timely reporting, contributing significantly to POP MART's operational excellence and growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage merchandise transfers and daily operations between multiple wholesale account across Europe and warehousesMaintain warehouse systems and internal data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiencyFacilitate communication between retail, warehouse, and headquarters to ensure smooth operationsHandle customs clearance and process logistics invoices for reimbursementParticipate in quarterly and annual inventory counts, ensuring proper stock managementConduct data analysis and provide regular reports or summaries to support decision-makingHandle operational emergencies and solve problems quickly and effectivelyCollaborate with the merchandise team to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasksComplete other tasks assigned according to project needsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree Open to recent graduates; candidates with relevant internship experience are preferredProficiency in MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis toolsProficiency in English speaking and writingStrong sense of responsibility, with good organisational and coordination abilitiesDetail-oriented, with the ability to quickly solve problems and handle operational emergenciesCapable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and working effectively in a team environmentStrong self-motivation and ability to work independently when requiredDesirable but Not EssentialExperience in the toy industry or retail sectorFamiliarity with UK retail landscape and logistics operationsExperience with inventory management software or ERP systems
