Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Europe will be responsible for the administrative duties related to the recruitment process, in addition to focusing on sourcing, screening, and assisting with the hiring of entry-level to mid-level employees within Azumi Europe operations.This position will focus on our European portfolio for our Zuma and ROKA brands - with permanent locations, in Italy, Spain & France and seasonal residencies in Italy, Greece, Spain, France and Austria. This position is located at our Head Office in Central London and is offered as a maternity cover for a minimum duration of 9-months.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Own and manage all administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including maintaining recruitment documentation, tracking hiring metrics, updating documents and managing candidate databases to ensure a streamlined operationEnsure all recruitment materials and job advertisements reflect Azumis brand values and EVP, maintaining consistency across all communication and marketing materialsComplete recruitment metrics reporting templates on a monthly basisFull-cycle Recruitment for Entry to Mid-level RolesConduct recruiting activities for entry-level to mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening and arranging interviews with hiring managersEnsure all roles, from entry-level to mid-level, are posted on the ATS and conduction on going maintenance of the platform to keep it up to date and clear of outdated listingsCoordinating applicants progress, ensuring clear and precise communication with both candidate and hiring manager, escalating as necessarySupport the organisation of open days and career fairs by managing administrative tasks and logistical needsA few things to help you to succeed in this roleExperience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role ideally multi-siteKnowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organisational abilities and attention to detailA command of another language would be idealBenefitsAs part of our team, youll enjoy:World-Class training, designed to inspire and educateGlobal opportunities, experience hospitality around the globe with our five incredible brandsRewards & Recognition, we value our team and celebrate your contributions to our success with meaningful rewards and recognition including long service awardsStaff discount, enjoy exclusive discounts across the Azumi group, worldwide!Cycle to work scheme, keep fit and save money on travel, whats not to like?EAP, access to health-assured, employee assistance programmeAzumi Group is an award-winning restaurant group bringing modern, vibrant dining experiences to iconic destinations worldwide.
