With a focus on non-contentious, transactional restructuring, the group has an outstanding track record in sectors such as real estate, financial services, construction, automotive, retail, and energy.You will gain exposure to restructuring plans, cross-border insolvency issues, and complex financial arrangements, working alongside specialists across the firms international offices.
