Youll liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams to help keep everything moving efficiently and on brand.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & AdministrationAssist with product creation in the ERP system and accurate product taggingMaintain internal databases for product info, lab dips, and approvalsSupport sample tracking, strike-off reviews, and lab dip processesPrepare internal meeting notes and supplier-ready data packsUpload and manage certificates, spec sheets, and INSHPsCross-check order confirmations against purchase ordersTrack and update PO progress on the critical pathLogistics & Quality ControlLiaise with freight forwarders to confirm documentation for clearanceReceive and log incoming stock, flag quality issues, and maintain QC logsEnsure shipping and QC documents are uploaded and archivedReporting & AnalysisSupport post-mortem and costing reportsAssist in evaluating supplier performance and pricing comparisonsHelp identify risk and opportunity areas through internal dataCustomer Order SupportTrack customer-specific order timelinesAssist in order consolidation with restocks and call-offsKey RequirementsExperience: Entry level experience in buying, merchandising, or related product admin role. Experience in textiles, fashion, or wholesale sectors is advantageousSystems Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and digital documentation workflowsCommunication: Strong written and verbal English, comfortable liaising with suppliers and internal departmentsOrganisation: Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple timelines and documents concurrentlyInitiative: Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas for improving processes
