Financial Administrator

We're looking for a Administrator to support our client's team of Financial Advisers in providing exceptional service to clients. What you'll be doing: Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the Financial Advisers can meet client demands effectively. Organising and scheduling client appointments. Managing and updating client databases, ensuring records are accurate and compliant. Preparing client meeting packs, including files and valuations. Drafting financial suitability letters with recommendations for investments, withdrawals, and transfers. Handling all types of client correspondence and preparing supporting documentation. Processing client transactions, including new applications, withdrawals, and fund switches. Liaising with providers to obtain necessary paperwork, monitor application progress, and keep records up to date. Attending client meetings with Financial Advisers where required. Opening, sorting, and distributing post in a timely manner. Supporting research and analysis to tailor financial recommendations to individual client needs. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or wealth management. Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach with a strong client-focused mindset. Experience with financial platforms and CRM systems is a plus. Why join us?
