Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland. You will be a key member of the Transport Office, being responsible with supporting the Transport Compliance Manager in ensuring the effective and accurate compliance and maintenance of the vehicles on a daily basis. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00. What youll do on a typical day: Driver briefing and debriefing in accordance with the compliance record Support accident management where applicable To ensure both colleagues and contractors are following and understanding the companies H&S Policy Day to day management of the Driver rota What you need to succeed at GXO: Self-managing with good attention to detail Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements Previous role with high level of administrative duties with be desirable We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
