Youll lead internal projects that span all service lines including Patient Services, Launch Excellence, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, Medical Affairs, Marketing Excellence, and Contract Commercial Services translating strategic intent into practical, scalable action. Youll work across global teams, legacy systems, and evolving structures to help us move forward with intention and pace.Is the role for you? This role is for someone who wants to make change stick.What are the key ingredients needed for the role?Efficiency Initiative ExecutionMap current-state processes and identify pain points and inefficienciesConduct gap assessments with internal stakeholdersSupport the design and propose future-state solutions across systems, processes, and trainingEstimate time/cost impact of changes and align implementation plansCoordinate stakeholder reviews, feedback, and approvalsProject Management of Internal InitiativesLead cross-functional internal projects from scoping through to deliverySet clear timelines, assign ownership, and manage executionTrack risks, milestones, and ensure alignment across business unitsSupport the Integration efforts following recent team expansionsClient Feedback Innovation ProjectsProject manage initiatives stemming from client feedbackEngage with service line leads to co-develop and implement improvementsTrack and communicate progress of changes based on feedbackWho are you?Passion for operations, structure, and continual technical improvementDetail-oriented and systems-minded but committed to deliver the practicalExperience in /or strong familiarity with change managementComfortable working across global service lines (including Patient Services, Launch Excellence, and Market Access)Remote stakeholder management and holding teams accountableExperience with ambiguity, autonomy, and driving executionThrives in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsBased in the UK or EU with flexibility to work across time zones (including US on occasion)Reports directly to the VP, OperationsWhat qualifications are required?EssentialDynamic, Rebel thinker5+ years of project management or consulting experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong capability in scoping and delivering internal or change-focused projectsDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiativesExcellent attention to detail, with strong documentation and communication skillsExperience with change management, particularly in high-growth or evolving organisationsConfident in working across global teams and diverse stakeholder groupsAble to prioritise and manage competing internal priorities with minimal oversightFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and Microsoft tools (incl. Excel)DesirableLife sciences industry background/knowledgeChange management experience or formal training is highly desirable (e.g.: experience in acquisition/integration, and or/ scaling businesses)A degree or certification in project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, APM)LogisticsMust be eligible to work in the UKFlexible workingHybrid work model, with office in London.Permanent, full-time role
