What Youll Be Doing Hybrid Business Analyst / JUNIOR Project Manager Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to gather and refine business requirements Map as-is/to-be processes, define integration points, and identify opportunities for optimisation Lead delivery across key systems including PIM, CRM, OMS, and Fulfilment, ensuring alignment with business goals Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, managing delivery from planning through execution Coordinate with internal teams and third-party tech partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership What Youll Bring:Strong background in Retail & E-commerceHands-on with major platforms Shopify experience will put you aheadGreat communicator with process mapping skillsProven record delivering complex, enterprise-level change Why Join?
