Offers a collaborative, diverse, and growth-oriented work environment.About the Role:As a CMS Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organizations business platforms. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to:Define the Product Vision and RoadmapGather and finalize change requirementsCreate and maintain the Product Backlog, prioritizing based on business valueYou will also collaborate with our I.T. service providers to ensure our business requirements are met with precision and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Engage with business partners and Operations teams to define, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to transform business requirements into functional designs.Collaborate with internal technology partners and vendors to implement effective solutions.Assist the project manager in creating budget allocation documents.Manage change requests and provide insights for ongoing projects.Perform functional testing in development or QA environments.Maintain a Vendor defects log for allocated projects and support UAT results validation.Were looking for a candidate who has:A degree or equivalent working experienceStrong knowledge of Transaction Banking and Cash Management marketsFamiliarity with emerging digital trends and their industry applicationsGood experience as a Business/Product AnalystExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accuratelyStrong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a sense of organizational awarenessReady to Apply?If you are excited about the prospect of making a significant impact and being part of a forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you!
