If youre looking to build a career in a team where your voice is heard and your impact matters, this is the opportunity for you.Working closely with experienced professionals across the Risk Legal, Business Acceptance, and Conflicts teams, youll be involved in a broad range of compliance activities. From onboarding new clients and conducting anti-money laundering (AML) checks, to reviewing terms of engagement and supporting internal audits, your role will be key to ensuring the firms regulatory obligations are met and exceeded.Youll also get hands-on exposure to the firm's Business Intake system (IntApp), be involved in running conflict checks, help manage insider lists and information barriers, and play a part in firmwide training and best-practice initiatives.What theyre looking for:At least 2 years experience in a compliance role within a regulated environment - law firm experience preferredA law degree or GDL qualificationA working knowledge of AML regulations and KYC proceduresSharp attention to detail and the confidence to manage confidential matters discreetlyStrong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approachProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)In return, youll join a forward-thinking legal environment that values excellence, innovation, and professional development.
