This role will be critical in shaping AI roadmaps, advising on large-scale transformations, and growing a high-performing team of consultants and data scientists. The ideal candidate combines deep business acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies, governance, and adoption dynamics.ResponsibilitiesClient LeadershipServe as a trusted advisor to senior executives on AI strategy, adoption, and impactLead complex AI transformation engagements from opportunity assessment through to executionCommunicate technical concepts clearly to business leaders and stakeholdersStrategy DevelopmentDesign and deliver AI maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps, operating models, and use case portfoliosGuide clients on responsible AI, data governance, and risk managementThought LeadershipRepresent the company in client briefing and, as required, at conferences, panels etc.Develop intellectual capital including whitepapers, frameworks, and methodologiesPractice DevelopmentBuild and scale the functional practice (e.g., Energy, Healthcare), including product offerings and delivery capabilitiesMentor and lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants and AI specialistsCommercial GrowthSupport business development through proposal creation, client presentations, and opportunity scoping.Drive revenue growth by cultivating long-term client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.Qualifications10+ years in management consulting, technology advisory, or digital transformation, with at least 3 years focused on AI or advanced analyticsProven track record of leading high-impact engagements with enterprise clientsDeep knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI), and their practical applications.Understanding of AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerationsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presenceAdvanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PhD is a plusPreferred SkillsIndustry specialization in healthcare, construction, land resources management, energy, or public sectorExperience working in or advising AI/ML teams and data platforms
