Job DescriptionOyster are working with a market-leading developer, operator, and asset manager of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) across the UK. Backed by major institutional investors and operating through its wholly owned platform they are at the forefront of the sector's evolution.We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Asset Manager to join our high-growth team and help maximise value across our expanding PBSA portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Implement and deliver asset-level business plans to drive performance and valueLiaise with internal and external stakeholders including operators, consultants, and investorsSupport acquisition due diligence, investor reporting, and value-add strategiesEmbed ESG initiatives and maintain brand standards across assetsAbout You:Degree qualified; MRICS preferred5+ years experience in asset management, ideally in PBSA or operational real estateStrong commercial acumen, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approachThis is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and growing business shaping the future of student living.
