Private Client - Account Handler

We're looking for a Private Client Account Handler to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our Private Client Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a successful team, where your expertise will directly contribute to the growth of the department and the satisfaction of our valued clients. What You'll Be Doing: Lead by example in the private client broking team, championing best practices and service excellence. Support Account Executives and Managers in acquiring, maintaining, and renewing high-value private client insurance portfolios. Play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships , ensuring every interaction adds value and builds trust. Contribute to revenue growth through client retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in private client or personal lines insurance , ideally with high-net-worth clients. A client-first mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle complex insurance needs. Strong knowledge of private client insurance products and the broking lifecycle. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Cert CII qualified (or working towards) is preferred. TPBN1_UKTJ
