Supply Chain Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our client who is a global leader in the FMCG space.The Supply Chain Manager is a critical role within the team, responsible for developing and implementing the most cost-effective operating models across the end-to-end supply chain. The objective is to continuously identify and deliver productivity improvements and optimise the total cost to serve.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and lead initiatives to reduce total supply chain costs through optimised operating modelsIdentify and deliver productivity gains across the supply chainBuild costing models for new product launches and market expansionsDetermine optimal distribution strategies based on customer location, production costs, transport lanes, and applicable dutiesAnalyse customs regulations to model accurate landed costsPartner with logistics and freight forwarders to ensure compliance and cost efficiencySupport procurement in driving savings initiativesEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree or equivalent working experienceProven experience in supply chain analytics and/or cost modellingProven experience working cross-functionally in a complex matrix environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to lead, influence, and drive resultsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with SAP is advantageousDeep understanding of customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and international tax codesThis is a hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2 days a week.The salary bracket for this position is 50,000 - 55,000 + bonus and benefits.Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position.Apply now for more details.
