Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Funds Paralegal to join a leading law firm with a highly regarded investment funds practice. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious paralegal looking to build their career in the funds space, working closely with a team of market-leading lawyers.In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the team with all aspects of fund formation, including assisting with entity establishment, preparing ancillary documents, and drafting routine limited partner transfer agreements. You will also be involved in coordinating fund closings and managing subscription processes, gaining hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of fund transactions.We are looking for a bright, proactive individual who brings some prior experience working within funds, corporate, or private equity teams. Strong academics are a must, alongside excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Given the nature of the work, a good understanding of how businesses operate and a strong sense of commercial awareness will set you apart.
