This hybrid role supports both day-to-day operational processes and strategic change projects across an international platform.Youll collaborate with Change Managers, business leaders, and support functions to deliver internal comms, onboard resources, coordinate global training, and ensure the smooth running of internal initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What youll be doing:Change & Comms Coordinate global onboarding of new joiners, including comms and monthly training sessionsSupport change projects with communications, intranet updates, videos, and event coordinationManage internal change pages and micrositesOversee collateral and performance reviews for offshore support teamsOperations Manage onboarding/offboarding of offshore resources (access, audit tracking, distribution lists)Coordinate cross-functional planning for new global office openingsDeliver ad hoc business projects and provide operational support to senior leadershipOrganise internal team meetings and maintain key admin processesWhat were looking for:Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyExperience working across change, operations or project environmentsDetail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable under pressureAble to manage multiple workstreams with a solutions-focused mindsetJoin a collaborative, international team where your work will make a real impact.
