Job DescriptionOperations ManagerThe Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa are currently seeking a passionate Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee day to day operations as this is an exciting role which will impact and influence key decisions and strategies within the business going forward. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Operation Manager key responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the hotel ensuring that the team deliver great hospitality in a warm and friendly environmentMonitor and review customer feedback and Mystery guest reports to ensure that we learn from the feedback, generate ideas to implement and make the changes that are necessary to keep the hotel moving forwardAssisting with the development of any relevant short- & long-term strategic goalsTo lead and develop an energetic workforce, having involvement in recruitment, learning and development, employee relations issue and team engagement initiatives.Planning and implementing the delivery of service for all operational departments to meet and exceed guest expectationsThe hotel highly values team spirit and operates on a rotating duties approach.
