Global Equity Analyst, Listed Real Assets

Job DescriptionAn asset management firm is seeking an Equity Analyst to join the Global Listed Real Assets investment team. Key Responsibilities:Perform company-level fundamental analysis to generate actionable investment recommendationsDevelop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities Meet with company management and attending industry eventsCollaborate with the sustainability team to integrate ESG factors into investment decisionsAssist with portfolio managementSupport with sales and marketing teams by contributing to client presentations and meetingCandidate Requirements:2-4 years of relevant investment experience on the buy-side or sell-side Exposure to infrastructure and real estate markets (listed or private) is highly desirable Keen interest in sustainability and responsible investing Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Working towards the CFA qualification is beneficialA proactive team player with a collaborative, can-do attitude Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
