Job DescriptionConstruction Project Manager Industrial & Commercial Projects London/South EastMy client, a well-established property consultancy with a strong track record in delivering industrial and commercial real estate schemes, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing Project & Building Consultancy division.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and technically proficient Project Manager to take ownership of CAT A/B fit-outs, refurbishments, and industrial redevelopment projects for a diverse client base of investors, landlords, and developers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial projects, from feasibility and planning through to procurement, construction, and handoverAct as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, providing strategic input, and ensuring schemes are aligned with commercial goalsCoordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including internal building surveyors, external consultants, and contractorsPrepare and manage detailed project programmes, risk registers, and cost plansProvide regular reporting to clients on progress, quality, and risk, maintaining high standards of communication and transparencyMonitor contractor performance, compliance, and health 'safety standards during site worksSupport team leads in business development, including preparing bids, attending pitches, and identifying opportunities within the industrial and logistics sectorRequired Skills & Experience:A proven track record of delivering construction projects in the industrial, logistics, or commercial office sectorsStrong contract administration skills (JCT preferred), with sound knowledge of construction delivery and fit-out processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environmentRelevant degree (e.g., Building Surveying, Construction Management) and ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) or working towardsThe Offer:Salary in the region of 50,000 65,000, depending on experienceAnnual bonus based on performance - between 8-12%Car allowance or travel support25 days holiday + public holidaysFlexible and hybrid working optionsOngoing professional development and structured APC support if requiredA collegiate, non-hierarchical culture with long-term career progressionIf youre a confident project manager with industrial and commercial sector experience looking to join a forward-thinking consultancy, this is an ideal opportunity to step up and make a difference.
