Headquartered in Europe, they deliver strategic solutions and drive innovation across a wide range of sectors.Main duties:To lead strategic consulting projects and deliver actionable insights that support client decision-making and long-term growth.The role:- Manage projects independently and lead small teams - Conduct primary research and strategic analysis to inform decision-making- Present recommendations to clients and facilitate workshops- Act as a key point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for engagement- Provide operational support and structure for complex problem-solving- Actively contribute to internal innovation in methods, tools, and practicesThe candidate:- Fluency in German and English is essential- Experience in strategy consulting or a strategic corporate role- Masters degree required; MBA or technical background preferred- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills- Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of MVPs and Lean Testing- Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven- Open to international travelThe salary: Up to 55,000 per annum
