Job Description Principal Sustainability Consultant | London - hybrid | up to 65,000 Are you an experienced Sustainability Consultant with a background in infrastructure projects?Do you have chartership across environmental or sustainability?PT Renewables is partnered with a growing specialist advisory and technical consultancy operating across the built and natural environment.You'll be joining a business who has established relationships across buildings, infrastructure, and regeneration, supporting both public and private sector clients across the UK.The RoleYou'll be joining as a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to lead technical delivery, contribute to strategy, and help shape the sustainability direction of major infrastructure and development projects.Youll work closely with our sustainability leadership and collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and offices to deliver high-quality, innovative outcomes for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate sustainability input across a range of complex projects.Provide expert guidance on sustainability frameworks, environmental law, and regulatory compliance.Carry out research and technical assessments, including carbon life cycle analysis (LCA/WLCA), net zero strategies, and climate resilience planning.Develop and implement circular economy approaches and associated documentation.Manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.About you :Relevant degree (e.g. Environment, Sustainability, or related discipline).Preferred - Professional chartership or equivalent membership.Strong experience within a consultancy in the UK.Strong knowledge across multiple sectors, such as infrastructure, transport, commercial, and residential.Proven ability in carbon footprinting, energy efficiency, low-carbon design, and sustainability assessment.Familiarity with BREEAM, EIA, TWAO, or energy assessment processes.Experience using LCA/WLCA tools and sustainability rating systems.PackageSalary up to 65,000Hybrid working - Central LondonBonus opportunitiesStrong progression into an associate level rolePension, healthcare, insurance and more!If you're an experienced Sustainability Consultant with a background in delivering on Infrastructure Projects we'd love to hear from you!
