As we look to expand our team, were seeking like-minded believers and achievers that are excited to greet a wealth of fantastic opportunities with energy and enthusiasm.The RoleReporting to the Project Director, you will be managing one of our most exciting global client accounts You will have responsibility for working with the agency designers, developers, strategists, and client services team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest quality.Ideally, you will have a strong background of project delivery and should be confident in project managing complex web and app builds, utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies. Additional experience in e-commerce would be beneficial.This is a great opportunity for you if you are striving to take your career to the next level by working for a dynamic agency that works closely together and takes pride in producing top-quality work.Day to day you will create, maintain and track project plans, schedules and risk/issue logs throughout the life of the project.Specific Responsibilities IncludeLeading project coordination across a multitude of global client accountsLiaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis Driving project activities to ensure project success following an Agile Process, ensuring it is implemented and followedCompleting projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budgetManaging the project team across different geographical locationsMaking appropriate and necessary decisions on the project relating to administration, scope and controlReview risk/issue logs with project team - taking ownership of solutionsAdvise on Project Management Standards, processes and procedures - challenging any that become a constraintProficiency in using a project management and bug tracking system i.e. JiraEnsuring that project issues, conflicts and disagreements are identified and quickly resolvedSupporting the Project Team in all quality related activitiesYour Skills And ExperienceExpertise in managing professional client relationshipsSolid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as proficient knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environmentKnowledge and understanding of web and mobile technologies (what is possible vs. limitations) with the ability to run projects independently including website builds, system architecture and mobile applicationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsEffective team management capabilitiesA keen attention to detail and budgetary restraintsWilling to take ownership of solutions and confident in resolving all project issuesGood understanding and knowledge of bug tracking tool, JiraAbility to work comfortably in a fast paced, busy agency environmentA strong presenter and communicator who is comfortable leading from the front with clients and internal teamsDiversity & InclusionFlipside is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
