The Role Were looking for a passionate and driven Bathroom Sales Consultant to join our clients showroom in Lancashire. In this front-facing role, youll combine design flair with consultative sales expertise to guide both retail customers and trade professionals through the journey of creating their perfect bathroom space. Key Responsibilities Welcoming Clients: Provide a professional and friendly reception to all showroom visitors, converting initial interest into meaningful consultations and sales. Consultative Selling: Understand each customers lifestyle, needs, and preferences to offer practical and stylish solutions. Design & Planning: Carry out site visits to take accurate measurements Deliver expert design guidance Use CAD software to create 3D visualizations that bring designs to life Presenting Solutions: Generate detailed quotes using EQ software and present designs in an engaging way Showroom & Sales Support: Coordinate orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Track KPIs and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline What Were Looking For Experience in bathroom or interiors sales, design experience is a definite bonus Customer-focused mindset with the ability to listen, advise, and build trust Competency in design software, knowledge of ArtiCAD is ideal Strong communication and organisational skills with commercial awareness Valid UK driving licence to carry out on-site appointments Why Join Our Client?
