Job Description E-commerce & Paid Media ManagerLocation: Notting Hill, London (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)Salary: 40,00045,000 Start Date: ASAPReports to: Founder & CEOType: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised, analytical and hands-on E-commerce & Paid Media Manager to join Hayley Menzies at a pivotal time of growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a small brand or startup environment who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership.Youll manage all aspects of performance marketing and e-commerce operations: from Meta and Google Ads to Klaviyo flows, email strategy, Shopify uploads, and CRO analytics. Youll also lead a small, dynamic team including our copywriter, customer care & digital assistant, and brand & social executive.This role will be critical in driving digital revenue, increasing conversion, and executing seasonal launches across our owned and partner platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimise Meta and Google Ads (ROAS, CAC, list growth)Build and evolve Klaviyo flows, campaigns, and segmentation strategyManage the end-to-end launch of products across Shopify and partner sitesBrief and collaborate with our web developer to implement CRO enhancementsUse GA4, Shopify, and Elevar to analyse and act on performance dataWork closely with the Founder to ensure product launches align with commercial goalsOwn the critical path and timelines for digital launchesReport on KPIs weekly and contribute to trade and marketing meetingsManage Small Team .
