Design Manager This is a great opportunity for an experienced Design Manager/ Technical Coordinator to join a tier 1 main contractor/ developer on a new scheme in Surrey . The business is recognised nationally for being for being ones of the leading names in construction, delivering a major project across a wide range of sectors and for being an exceptional employer with high staff retention. They are now looking to strengthen their design team for a large residential project in Surrey. The project is set to deliver 250 new homes consisting of traditional build houses and low rise flats which is due to start on site in early 2026. Requirements for the Design Manager role Experience working in a coordination role with a main contractor or developer Experience working on residential projects Experience with traditional housing/ low rise flats What's on offer for the Design Manager role Opportunity to work on a large long-term project.
