Creative Digital Designer Full-time | Hybrid (3 days/week in London office) Were looking for a Creative Digital Designer to lead the creation of high-quality, brand-aligned design across a wide range of marketing formats including our website, landing pages, emails, paid ads, video, and more. The focus is on delivering compelling creative that supports lead generation and helps people feel confident in choosing Verisure to protect their home. Based within the Marketing team, youll be responsible for the visual quality of all marketing assets, with input on user experience (UX) design across our digital platforms. Youll sit within a small but growing marketing team, and collaborate with our motion/social designer, marketing leads, developers, and engineers to bring ideas to life across mobile, desktop, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on role for a creative thinker who cares about how things look and how they work and whos excited to shape how Verisure shows up across every stage of the customer journey. What Youll Do Take your projects from brief to final delivery, owning the full design process Design and produce creative across webpages, emails, landing pages, banners, static ads, short-form video, and other marketing formats Contribute to campaign concepts and visual development, including motion and interactive design where relevant Use performance data and A/B testing insights to refine and evolve creative for stronger results Use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-powered design tools to improve both quality and efficiency Take initiative propose improvements and ideas, and help shape our design approach What Youll Bring A portfolio that shows strong creative work, with evidence of impact in lead generation or performance marketing 35+ years of design experience across digital, motion, and marketing formats Strength in both visual design and UX thinking Confidence with modern design tools, and a drive to explore AI, emerging tech and creative trends to to work smarter and improve impact A proactive, collaborative mindset you enjoy brainstorming, shaping ideas, and improving as you go Pride in seeing creative ideas through from concept to execution Thrive in a fast-paced environment where testing, learning, and juggling multiple projects is the norm Benefits Package: At Verisure, we value our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package to enhance your experience: Enjoy your birthday off as a special treat.
